       1. With our unlimited email proofs Free Of Charge  ( three revisions to 'Design Only')

Until you are happy with the proof and finally give confirmation to go ahead, I will not send it to print in any circumstances. But we will not be responsible for any mistake happened after printing, such as wrong dates or names, or anything inaccurate.

       2. If the problem was related to the printing, which is very unlikely, you can simply send them back in original condition, and I will replace the lost for you free of charge.  In a word, any mistake from our side will be taken care of at no extra cost from you.

Privacy

 Twinkle Photo Design does not store your credit card details, you purchase through secure payment with PayPal, all major cards accepted, credit card or debt card. You don't need have account with PayPal to make payment.

            Your personal information will never be given to other companies or sold to third party for profit. The information you given us will only be used to make your personalized card, and to contact you regarding card design.

From time to time, we will select some designs to be used as samples displaying at our website, but with the personal details changed. Please let us know if you like your photo card to be used for such purpose. Under no circumstances your photo will be used without your permission.
