How to Order

Place your order is easy, and you are given two options:

you can simply send in an email to order the proof,

or use our Order Proof Form instead. 

Please remember that all of the designs in our web page can be customized, you can have the font, text, colour, graphic, or even layout altered. Should you see any card you like, then please:

1. Select a design from our web sit.

2. Choose an option to order the proof:  use the Email Button, or Click on the Proof It button:

     Filled in the details, including any options and exact words you wish to include in the cards, and check the accuracy. Remember you can have up to three reversions with minor alterations Free of Charge, and please check the proof carefully during these times. There will be £3 pounds of charge per revision after that.

Please do not forget to select the quantity and type of card you wish to order.

3. Submit the email or Order Proof Form.

        You will pay nothing at this stage. Only after you see the proof and give your approval finally, you will then be arranged to make the payment. Please bare in mind that your cards will not be printed until the payment is recieved.

      4.  Send the photos in by email or by post.

1. If sending online, please simply attach your photos to email, quoting your Full Name and Date of Order  as the reference send to order@twinklephotodesign.co.uk. The photos should be at 150 kb, 300 dpi in size, but no less than 72 dpi.

2. Please do not compress, resize or change the colour of the photo, just send the original one. If you wish to scan the photo please scan it at 300 dpi and save in .jpeg file format, alternatively just send the photo to Twinkle Photo to scan for you.

3. For the prints sent by post, please send them at the sizes at 4” x 6” or 5” x 7”, for the photos smaller than these can only be used for insert photos.

 5.  Check the proof.

                                                               i.      Upon receiving your photos, your photo cards will be customized on your behalf. You will receive the low resolution proof within two business days unless it is unusually busy, in such case, you will be informed accordingly. Please check the accuracy of all details, including the names, dates, numbers and spellings and make sure everything correct.

                                                             ii.      Should any alteration needed, please inform us as soon as possible. You order will not be complete until we received your approval and payment.

6.  Final stage: Make Payment and Sent in the Approval.

              Please remember the sooner we receive your approval, the quicker your order will be dispatched.

You can either pay online by PayPal or send Cheque or Money Order by post. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.  Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card to process your order.

Should you wish to order offline,  please contact me for the Post Order Form to send to you. Please remember that your proof can only be sent via email, so you do need an email address to be able to view it.

Upon receiving your payment, your order will be dispatched within 5 days unless in busy seasons.

Please note: The professionally taken photograph must company with the photographer’s written consent.
